Jennifer Milne - Chair
Jenny qualified in microbiology and worked in hospital laboratories for many years. More recently, she has broadened the context of her interests by completing a Master of Social Health which enabled investigation of social determinants on health outcomes. This has allowed her to appreciate the enormous importance of the Jigsaw Foundation in improving quality of life for children. Jenny is currently a tutor at the University of Melbourne in a range of subjects covering microbiology, medical and ecological history, and social health.
In the last decade, Jenny has been a Board Member and then President of a not for profit organisation. In that recently-completed role she was responsible for fundraising and overseeing a major building program at their premises in the CBD. After several years as a Director, Jenny was appointed as Chair of the Jigsaw Foundation in November 2021.
